مشكلة قراءة اللغه العربية لبعض البرامج

i have problem with my PC .my pc can write and reade arebic but cannot reade some
المكتبة الشاملة program same as
the main menu is not arabic but when i'am opening the book i can read arabic with main menu what will be the problem.
