بسم الله الرحمان الرحيم
أقدم لكم اليوم هذا البرنامج الذي يمكنكم من صنع النغمات لجوالكم كيفما كان نوعه انطلاقا من ملف صوتي MP3 و تحويله إلى صيغ متعددة WAV, AMR, MP3, MMF بطريقة سهلة جدا.

البرنامج يسمى Ringtone Converter 1.4
