i don't think madara need to practice to use Rinngan

because

1/ He is incredible shinobi

2/ he is the master of eye power - Dojsutu

3/ he have source of chakra - hashirama cells-

4/ he need rinngan jutsu to capture Kubi and hatchibi
and to protected himself from powerful Taijutsu of Lee with kubi chakra
because lee makes madara two segments .
