1-اذهب بالبرنامج الى Options

2-ثم الى preferences

3-ثم اختار Bandwidth

4-حط صح على Alternate upload rate when not downloading

5-وحط صح على Apply rate limit to transport overhead

6-اذهب الى Connection

7-وحط صح على Randomize port each start

ولا تنسى Apply و Ok
