2. Press Add language and open a language pack (EXE or CAB format)







3. If the language pack is an EXE file, the included exe2cab converts it to CAB archive







4. Press Install to install new language







5. The language pack is expanded to the temporary folder in the user's profile







6. Language files are extracted to system (sub)folders







7. Confirm to change the display language of Vista







8. Vista needs to be restarted to apply changes







9. New language is installed (Windows registry is updated)







10. Confirm to exit the program or install more languages
