O Allah the Almighty
Protect me and guide me
To your love and mercy
Ya Allah don’t deprive me
From beholding your beauty
O my Lord accept this plea

أنت أنت لا تدرك
أننا مطلعون
على يأسك
لا تُظهر دموعك لمضطهدك

حاول ألا تبكي أيها الطفل الصغير

سأقف بجانبك

عين جالوت أين فكل داود
هذا هو نفس المكان الذي نقف عنده
على مرور الأزمنة
هذه الأرض كانت ضحية لجرائم غير معدودة (لا تحصي)

ثم الإفرنجيين،بل إن ظلمهم الآن أشد قسوة لو كان لهذه الجدران أن تتكلم
تخيل ما كانوا يقولنه
بالنسبة لي, في هذا الطريق الذي أسلكه
هناك ممر واحد
قد يقتل الرصاص وقد تنكسر العظام
لا أزال أرمي الحجارة مثل داوود من قبلي وأقول:

أعدك بذلك أعدك

لا تبكي ولا تفقد ثقتك بالله
إن الذي اخرج الماء من التربة
هو الذي يروي العطش
وانت الذي ترتفع فخورا من بين الأحجار من بين الأحجار
صنعت محيطات من هذا


ارمي الحجارة على عيني
لأنهما عرف الجفاف لمدة طويلة
كما أنهما ينظران إلي ما لا ينبغي مشاهدته
من الأطفال الرضع المضطهدون إلي الأفخاذ

أرمي الحجارة على لساني
لأنه عليه حقا أن يلوم الصمت
ارمي الحجر على قدمي على قدمى
لأنهما يضلاًن ويقودان إلى الهزيمة
ومجموعة من الحجارة الكبيرة علي قلبي
لأنه أصبح متجمد من شدة البرودة
لكن نفسي لا تزال مفعمة بالحياة ولا تزال تقاوم
دون توقف وباندفاع إلي الأمام
ارمي آجرا على الشيطان حتى أتأكد من إصابته
وكن أولا رجلا في المرآة
حتى يمكنني مطاردة الحقد


أواه !طفل صغير مصاب في الرأس
وآخر أرسل للحصول علي بعض الخبز
إنها جريمة القتل ليست الأولى ولا الأخيرة
إن الماضي يعيد نفسه مرارا وتكرارا
منذ 1948 والقصة هي نفسها
صغارا و كبارا

كيف يمكن لبعض المجد أن يتحقق
هل صار العالم كله اعمى؟

لو كان لهذه الجدران أن تتكلم – تخيل ما كان يقولنه
بالنسبة لي في هذا الطريق الذي أسلكه
هناك ممر واحد

Dedicated to the innocent children of Beslan

Every day I see the same headlines
Crimes committed in the name of the divine
People committing atrocities in his name
They murder and kidnap with no shame
But did he teach hatred, violence, or bloodshed? No... Oh No

He taught us about human brotherhood
And against prejudice he firmly stood He loved children, their hands he’d hold
And taught his followers to respect the old
So would he allow the murder of an innocent child? Oh No...

06 محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم

محمد كل يوم أرى نفس العناوين الرئيسية
جرائم ترتكب باسم الإله.
أناس يرتكبون أعمال شريرة باسمه
يغتالون ويخطفون وهم لا يشعرون بالذنب أو الإثم
ولكن هل علّم هو الكراهية أو العنف أو الدماء؟ كلا كلا!

لقد عَلمنا عن الأخوة الإنسانية
أما كان حازما في الوقوف أمام الأذى
كان يحب الأطفال ويمسك بأيديهم
وكان يعلَم أتباعه احترام الكبار
هل كان ليسمح بقتل طفل بريء؟ كلا!

عندما ينشرون العديد من الأكاذيب
ليتهم أدركوا أن إراقة الدماء تحتقر أو أنك تحتقر إراقة الدماء!

07 أقيموا الصلاة

آه يا ناس
في كوخ مبني من القصدير والطين
طفل صغير يحلم
بماء نظيف ووجبة طعام في اليوم
وألا يخاف الألغام وهو يلعب
كل يوم
آه يا ناس
في مكان ما مظلم وبعيد
وجد السيد (الايدز) فريسة أخرى
لإنقاذ حياته هو فقط لا يستطيع أن يدفع
اخبرني ماذا سنفعل
اشّر عليّ ماذا سنفعل؟
هل سنكتفي بالجلوس هناك؟
نتمتع بالراحة والدفء على كراسينا!
هل سنبخل عليهم حتى بالدعاء؟

يجب أن تسأل نفسك
لماذا ينبغي عليّ أن أساعد هؤلاء الناس؟
